Upon receipt of your email, you will be contacted by Dr. Kang to discuss your specific needs. Copies of our service agreement and policies will be sent for your review.

If agreeable, you will be provided with a link to set up your patient portal on SimplePractice

Access to your portal will allow you to complete the intake process by electronically signing the policy notices, relevant consents, and completing an intake questionnaire.

You will be able to schedule an appointment once all administrative documents are signed, pertinent contact information, etc. are inputted into your portal.

Download the SimplePractice Client Portal App to your smartphone to easily send secure messages and upload medical records and documents.
